Heelandcoo Aiming for a PB from all the marathon training. *The humidity made it tough. Also started off too fast and suffered for it in the middle. Still had something left for the finish though. A bit disappointed to not break 45 min but maybe next time!*

scrappy squashed in at start a bit of a nightmare especially nearly tripping over slower runners at front!!(why do they do it)....enjoyed race all the same times always consistent so not getting slower and still not getting any faster!
