Slipknot69 The dreaded Humdinger again.Very pleased with second.My couse record went ,the winner ran a great 56.00 to smash it.The top 3 of us all beat last years time.Very well run by Running Forever,as was last year.

Boycie knew the hills would be tough - but this was pretty extreme! Fast downhill start didn't help - mile markers laughably inaccurate - mile 1 coming up in 4.41 if they were to be believed - actually 5.21 - still too bloody fast. Come the first big hill at 3.5, I was struggling a little (to say the least) - of course what comes up, must come down but really really steep downhills aren't actually that pleasant either - although the old legs do feel a bit better than going back up them! Finished 16th in the end...

DrDebs I will be on week 4 of a heavy training schedule,....ooo....and i have this awful cold/virus thing.... but still hope to do well!!! :-) never done a race quite like this before......legs completed trashed - very hilly!!! Very Cold. Very windy!!! ooooo......and very very Hilly!!!!!!! Came 1st.
