Santy Will be very slow on this because doing it to help out a friend.  6 mile version which will serve as a nice slow training run, plus I'm not going to race this year in prep for the MdS.  Loops for the 3 and 6 mile race are only 0.9 miles so will actually only be 5.4 miles.
