leejprice Very enjoyable race through the rather pretty Forest of Dean. Not a bad time either really, for a trail race! Again though I recorded positive splits, first 2 miles were too fast, the long slow uphil in the middle was fairly hard, but nothing too hardcore and the final 3rd of the race I wanted to push harder but had spent too much energy going out too fast! Drat!

Goofee Very pleased to get a 2 min PB on quite a tough course. Well organised, particularly enjoyed the free massage and also the real ale available post-race :)
