Cormorant Summer? It was cold and wet and surely there was only about half the field of last year. I did lots of things you shouldn't (set off too fast, never settled in to a consistent pace and forgot about the hill at 8K), so a deserved personal worst. Ah well - Crawley on Sunday.

Lalli Unlikely to gt a PB over 10k as this is very hilly. Managed a decent time (58:27 stopwatch time) given the rain and mud in Priory Park at the last 1k! Great fun.
