About this parkrun
Recognised as being a fast event, quite focused on speed and fast finishes.28th Dec 2018
Very social Parkrun in South Balfast. Tight course with some undulations, quite congested in the middle section where there are two small inner loops.

Not the course shown on the website. Out on gravel path two loops including two out and backs, one short on long then back in. Mostly flat couple of slopes. Road shoes are fine. Coffee, tea and cake at clubhouse after.

3 laps (which seem to change frequently) nice run, friendly, fast!

Out, two laps round sports field, out and back section then back, all on gravel paths. Slight undulations but no major climbs. Plenty of parking, friendly marshalls, busy at start but soon thins out. Free tea, coffe and cake at clubhouse after.

Many people do this Parkrun to get a Q on their Letter quest, i dont see any other reason for doing it. A weirdly laid out course with no flow to it on various surfaces. Mostly flat. Has a decent post parkrun
