milemonster 3rd. A bit of a mental battle today. Constant 15s behind Brendan. Just couldn't catch him. The wind was 22 kmph which could have been about 2 mins equiv. My stomach was really hurting after the race, glad that it didn't hurt during the race. The last time I did this it was in 57:04 in 2010.
