Boab Marathon paced effort, need to get some stats before the marathon. I suspect this is the shape I am in, not much quicker. UPDATE: very well organised race, a credit to Kinross Road runners, pace a little quicker than I wanted, through 10K in less than 35 minutes and slowed in the second half. A little breezy and not a flat route, overall happy to take the race win, wasn't expecting to win given this was marathon prep.
