Mr. White Nice one! Finished the race and was still able to walk afterwards :) I'll take it, I've been injured on and off for ages so to nearly hit 9mm pace is fine n' dandy. :)

RichyC Really pleased with this run, a pb and course best by about 70 seconds. Felt like I was running the hills fairly strong and then able to push reasonably well on the flat and downhill, hopefully a sign that there's some decent endurance there. I've run sub 60 during a half before but to get as close to 60mins on a course like that I'm delighted with it. Overall a very enjoyable day and good grub at the end as usual.
