theraithrover Very enjoyable race. Well organised and a great route with some challenging inclines especially over the first half of the race. Pleased to run a PB. Only slight moan was the £11 entry on the day without medal which cost another £2 at the end. Nonetheless an event to recommend...... oh, and the one male urinal proved popular too!

Head Gone Again a well organised race. Temperature very hot. Struggled on the outbound 5k which was all uphill, and on the last hill on the grass. Av HR 161, MHR 172. Need extra training now for next race.
