Yano Cold, windy and very muddy underfoot. I'm glad I wore my Innov8s! Pleased with my time given the conditions. Beat my 2004 time by 2mins 30! 75th out of 189 - just sneaked in top 40%.

Dvorak Approx time as watch packed in on line. A strange race as running so much better at the end than the beginning. Ran in trail shoes, dodged the mud (mainly). Sauna and swim in the Leisuredrome afterwards. Official time now, though I am sure I wasn't 20s ahead of the next runner.

connelld This was a great multi terrain race but as I never ran it before, I expected in to be a Road Race as advertised on Scottish Athletics. Well marshalled and a good atmosphere though made it a pleasant day.

ian9657 heavy going underfoot, started quite well and tried to hold on, loose lace for the last 2k didn't help. Worked hard but dissapointed with my time. Good to get another 70+ wava though....and a spot prize !
