jazz Think this will be my last fell race until I can learn to run downhill over uneven ground! There was a downhill @ the start of the race and I was more or less at the back of the field at the bottom. Played catch up most of the way round until the next steep downhill section where I was reduced to a walk & lost alot of time again. As it rained just before the race the ground was abit slippy, not helped by the fact that I was wearing trail shoes with not very good grip as opposed to fell shoes!
