Daz1 First race after a knee injury. Training going great and really looking forward to this one. Really enjoyed this. Great course, really good atmosphere and the goody bag was excellent.

Smudger 3 The slower lioness Will give this race my all.Its one i missed last year due to injury.Will go for it aqnd see.Wow another shiny new pb if only by a few seconds.Loved this race.It was hilly but for every hard uphill there was a fantastic downhill.You dont get that in flat races.A goodie bag with enough goodies to suit every taste with everything from a banana.Mars bar crisps cereal bar Starburst.fruit juice and water take your pick.plus a medal.Loved it:-):-)xxxx
