About this parkrun
Basically and out and back along tarmac paths with beautiful sea views. A slight gradient on the out but start and finish are at the same place so net 0. Downhill is mainly on a slightly lower path so little congestion. Nice cafe right near the startchunkywizard 4th Jan 2020
Pretty flat course, all on tarmac. Out and back along the cliff top, one part of which is done twice. Good views over the sea!
