Three hilly laps around the lovely Pittencrieff Park (stunning views, especially on a sunny Autumnal day). That's three nice descents to the bottom of the park and three tough climbs back up.

Start at Carnegie Statue, the highest point in the park and a downhill charge for the first 1k. Then 3 laps on tarmac path. One of Scotland’s hilliest Parkruns. 3 tough climbs and recovery descents before a slightly uphill charge to the finish.

Three hilly loops of a park basically. Although net downhill as the start is higher up which you only do once.
