Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

No.8 ™ Not a PB, but pleased with the performance considering I've been below par for the last week. Started a tinsy winsy bit quick, but stayed strong, overtook people on the hill and picked a few more off towards the end.

KatieB Started this not knowing if my foot/ankle would manage it, haven't been up to speed since the twinge last tuesday. Really pleased to find it feeling strong and no pain. First k was very congested, mrb zoomed past me on the outside and disappeared, I found myself with the usual harriers and got myself tucked in behind them. Then just after 1 k, my bliddy shoelace came undone...had to pull out to the side and do them up. No idea how much time that cost...but my aim became catching up with Dangerous Kev and Gettingthere. The hill at 3k was a slog, and the last mile was slow due to recovering from that. Was pleased that i was still overtaking and catching people to the end. My time is a course pb by over a minute so can't complain. :-)

dood Knee still causing problems but thought I'd have done better, perfect conditions, very little in the way of hills but still 30secs slower than Blisworth. Beat last years time by 30secs though so can't all be bad.

Slow Going This is my PB course, so no excuses for not running fast.

No excuses - not as fast as I hoped (and not a PB) but chuffed with the run. Could not have gone faster (OK maybe without the stitch at 4k). Was chuffed with the effort and given how crappy I'd been feeling all week, was pleasantly surprised with the time.
