Evil Rich the Dog Dazer Ran round with Kirsten, having been very under the weather for 2 weeks with a cold. Spent the last week coughing constantly, getting very little sleep and keeping Kirsten awake, then drove 500 miles visiting various family, not eating and drinking properly....so can't be surprised that neither of us felt on top form! Still, 10 minutes off last time for Kirsten, but she's capable of well under 2 hours on a good day. As for me....I'd like to come back next year, sub1-40 is quite possible on such a runnable course.
