Mud Rocs Great race, climb out of Dolgellau, a couple of miles of trail, then the race starts properly on the Pony Path followed by the main climb to the summit in 1:17, 48 minutes on the descent. Felt dehydrated at the end as it was a lovely sunny day, but sandwiches, cakes and tea in the Free Library soon had me feeling better. Great atmosphere in Dolgellau and a perfect day.

Karma An absolute killer! Covered in blisters but was a wonderful race. Great atmosphere and support from marshalls and locals. Perfect weather but shame I didn't have time to admire the views.
