TW Will do this instead of the Wokingham 1/2....so hope to get a new pb......did not go to plan...went off far to quickly...5 miles in 34.40...then wheels fell off for 6,7 and 8 dropping to 8min/mile.....Enjoyed the race overall, but shows that my winter training was not good enugh, and I need to lose another few pounds. :-(

Cavey What a race!!! Time is now OFFICIAL and 1sec quicker than watch time, so a big PB. I felt awful walking to the start, really sluggish and a lot of hip pain, but some how managed to run round at 8:45m/m pace! Don't know where it came from but felt really good and had loads left for a 8:09min last mile. Saw a few Fetchies around the course and had a chat with Puffing Bertie at Mile 5, but had to dash off afterwards for the 4hr drive back to Sheffield.

John66 It MUST be easier than Tadworth so therefore as my second 10 mile race I MUST get a PB. Simple really.

** WILL BE A PERSONAL BEST **

Wasn't completely flat (that mst be what undulating means!) and found it quite hard work in places. Nice to run with BBLB and Lorraine for a bit. Found it very hard work but obviously pleased with the time although think I could have pushed myself a little bit harder. Next time I will. Brilliant to see some familiar faces: BBLB, Bertie and BB and some new ones: Lorraine, Dazza, Gobi, Rachel, Mick n Phil, Forrest Runner and my fellow Coattager (!) Jock Itch.

A fairly safe PB as predicted so all's right with the world.

PS Car Park could be nearer the start please
