boulders I'm going for a pb here. Lots of speed work beginning Feb. Worth a bet. I did it. Over a minute off my old pb so well chuffed. I had 6010 points bet on me for this race. I'm glad I could repay your good faith.

gspeight Doubt I will get PB here as my hip is playing up after doing FLM. Still going to run though but i think i will be slower. - Update - sorry to everyone who betted on me, the last 2 miles my hip was very painful, managed to finish - just!

shaper47 Overall pleased. Fastest 10k for about 5 years. Regret doing surges between 2 and 4k as faded slightly on second half. Also could possibly have gone faster without developing cold. Still good quality race, and signs that speed work (on track) twice a week is starting to pay dividends. 9the V40. 33rd overall. Flat course, though a slight breeze.
