About this parkrun
All tarmac, flat as a flat thing, 2 laps, definite PB potential. One of the friendliest I've been to. Beautiful park, with a lake and (sometimes) geese. Recommended.AndyS 5th Feb 2019

Flat as you like, fast all on tarmac - easy walk from the tube.

A nice flat course with a couple of tight turns near the lake, the paths are tarmac with the course taking 2 laps around the park. Only problem is the men's toilets aren't open so be sure to take care of nature calling beforehand!

Lovely flat 2 laps of park with a lake, 7 min walk from Barking tube on Ham & City so 30 mins from Euston Square if coming in from the north. Simple by public transport. My boy ran a 2 & a half min PB over the moon & sub 30.

Got to be my favourite course of all races as well as parkruns happy as a dog in mud
