The Outlaw Undulating course. Started sensibly @ 6:00 pace for first 2 miles, gradually overtook the fast starters, particularly on the hills. Not passed by anyone after first half mile, so very encouraging, enjoyable run. Didn't push myself too hard; knee felt fine!
