Doctor K Never run this one before so who knows? and a good job I didn't know what was to come -dreadful 2nd half grinding uphill against a fierce headwind -one of the hardest 10Ks Ive ever done!

Grid This a fair bit tougher than I was expecting, and I'm satisfied with the time. The climbs were made more difficult by a steady wind that was very unwelcome! A good race though.

sugs Caned it first half and acually got a 5k PB. Then it was like hitting a brick wall for 2 mile (awful). Hence time, but is nice to get back into 10k again after months of marathon training,
