Flat; tarmac paths; interestingly complex course, run on three parallel paths, close together, so runners are continually passing and repassing in both directions. Car park nearby; toilets at the train station, a little further away.Columba 28th May 2019
A flat, tarmac, lappy affair in a nice little tree lined 'park'. If you don't like laps, this one isn't for you but I quite enjoyed the fact you could always see runners. Out and back in the middle, then 3 laps round the edge & finish up the middle

Low key (only 89 finishers), flat, tarmac course, potential for a fast time.
