robrea not a clue what time I did today as I left my watch at home. Really good fun out there, good tough course, a nice setup and a free cup of tea/coffee at the end to wash down tomtoms lovely cake :)

Tom Tom Really tough going today-sliding about, despite wearing spikes! Didn't feel tired beforehand, but couldn't seem to get any pace going today. 4th lady though, so that's got to be better than a kick up the arse:P
