As Spring approaches we have been getting out and about in the sunshine on our training and social runs.The Tuesday morning group set off to explore the lanes around Yarpole today before enjoying coffee and cake in the church cafe! While last Sunday saw the first 'Build Up to 10k' long run. A mixed ability group headed out into the country for a 65 minute 'out and back' run. Ludlow Runners is a small, friendly road and cross country running club based in South Shropshire. As well as taking part in a huge variety of running events,  we also organise two of our own races and take part in the Herefordshire & Borders Cross Country League.  We run off road in the beautiful Mortimer Forest in both summer and in winter with headtorches.  We also run around the picturesque streets of Ludlow in all seasons.  We really are a club for all ages and abilities and everyone is very welcome.
