Checkpoints

There are 4 checkpoints on the Dirty 30 route. You must ensure that you are recorded at each checkpoint.

Anyone withdrawing should do so only at a checkpoint and MUST inform a marshal.

Checkpoint 2 (Shiel Bridge) will close at 5PM - if you are not past by this time, we will withdraw you from the event.

Start / Finish

The Dirty 30 will start at 9:00am in front of the village hall. The Dirty Dozen will start an hour later, at 10:00 am.

The finish will be back at the Glenelg Village Hall, where you will receive your official time and a certificate recording your achievement.

Tea, coffee, soup, home baking, etc will be on sale.

Equipment

You should ensure you are adequately prepared for all weather

• OS Explorer Map 413 or OS Landranger Map 33
• Waterproof clothing
• Sunblock and Midge repellent
• Food / Drink

Children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

A family entry is available for the Dirty Dozen. £35 for 1 adult + up to 4 children under 16.
