Hey ndellar, I’d be interested in a social meet-up if it was organised for me (!! :) !!)

I can’t do Tuesday evening or Sunday morning but otherwise no problem.

We had a guy at the bike club who refused to believe his sandbagging in C-cat was what was getting him DQ’d in all his races. :)

Just surprised I don't appear anywhere - not with a DQ next to my name, or swapped to a different cat. Just not there at all! I definitely (unintentionally) outperformed though so I can 100% see why I might be be classified.

(Ah, found it now in the filtered results - I've got ZP next to my name, presumably meaning the speed / cadence sensor plus dumb trainer isn't valid for zwiftpower results in that race. Fair enough!)

Yep, seems right. More challenging though!

I picked that race yesterday as a) it was short and b) I was at the top end of the 2.5-3.1 range based on the FTP calc'd going into it (OK, so I was actually 3.2, but I'd heard zwift racing can be brutal at first so I wanted a soft-ish start!). I also assumed that as it was only going to be a 30min race, that it was OK to be working at a higher w/kg throughout the race as FTP is a metric based on an hour's capability (if I've understood correctly).

I must admit I do get confused with the w/kg ranges shown on Zwift in terms of what they mean. If it's a 2 hour race and it says 2.5-3.1w/kg, does that mean that I should be expecting to be in that range for that duration, or is that my FTP/weight? Or am I (as usual) overthinking things?
