I'd play something like PRION to add in three unused letters plus new positions for the R and O.

All interesting guesses. I would agree that the most likely position for the O is 2nd and R 3rd.

I'll mark each one under a spoiler so that you can complete the word should you wish. Y for yellow, G for green X wrong letter
