Well run last week, Richard-M, & hello to tiamo  (I hope you’re not injured, it’s very quiet in our match)
The walk discussions had me look guiltily at my log as log plenty of walks - it would make a big difference to my score if they downloaded as runs, & yes, unfair - I guess the player just unaware. I too would rather be beaten properly by better runners,cyclists/whatever, good thing as it happens a lot.
My fastest walks are about 17mm & slowest runs have been 14mm - my project joker long-run speed is 14+

Well done Snail.
Hello SallyKate. Could be easy for you as I didn't log my cycle home last night and didn't go for a run as I have a bad case of man flu.
Working from home today, just walked to the corner shop to get some supplies and I have bagged three squares!
Will see how I feel tomorrow, but I doubt I will cycle or run anywhere.

I do run at 16mm when it’s hilly and manually change runs to walks if i travel through a square by your own volition I reckon it’s mine

Ha mr d, I missed a trick there - I should have logged my earlier visit to the shops! I was going to run today but things have got in the way, so your lead is safe until I cycle to work tomorrow
