The good news for you is I’ve just finished a 12 hour shift and there’s a 50mph wind out there! So no running for me till much later after a sleep! I did contemplate running now but I have to go back to work again tonight! Sometimes life just gets in the way!

Thanks for propelling me to my 3rd (almost 2nd) ever longest weekly distance, and I've certainly never had more horrible conditions to run in. There were multiple days where the wind was legitimately dangerous, days of heavy thick snow and days of torrential rain where I spent most of my time shin deep in flooded fields. I don't think there was a single day last week where it was sensible to run! This morning is extremely windy again. There's a pattern developing here!
