There used to be a hack that did what you want (and I was one of the chief publicists of this). Because it could be used to look at any current players' covered squares (not just your own) Fetch closed the loophole when he added the green triangles. I think a switch to set opponent scores to zero would do what you want, without allowing us to hack it to show other's squares. That might be quite an ask on the programming front (I've no idea) and I'm not sure whether it has been made a feature request. Perhaps look for it and vote for it and publicise it, or make a suggestion.

One day I might like to have a go at gridmaster. Probably the week I'm having my new bathroom fitted when I'm off work but generally need to be anywhere other than in my house!

I did pump up my tyres just incase, I even debated about moving my grid. I’ve also discovered an extra 9 squares and that walking is just as enjoyable as running!
