Funnier because the likelihood of the person concerned being familiar with the salad counter is very small.

She's a genito-urinary consultant and made a cake for a colleague in the same line of business who's moving to a new job. The topping contains representations of various - ahem- conditions they come across at work. It's both gross and brilliant 😁
