[Yuk. If I'm getting stalked by dead relatives whenever I see the robins hanging around the garden I'm gonna have to start throwing stuff.]

On topic, the bunch of around 30 runners tear-arsing around central Manchester paying no care to pedestrians. The fact they didn't hit me was more by luck than judgement.

The word "Videoing." What was wrong with "filming" or even "recording"?

When they say passed it’s like going to Derek Akora. They are dead that’s it.

Also hate when people put recovery runs on strava and they are quicker than their races it’s not a F£&ing recovery it’s another race you dick.

Parents/carers who drive from who knows where, so their little darlings can go to our village school but then see fit to park on grass verges and pavements, rather than walk a few metres to drop them off and pick them up 🤬

Mince pie flavoured cream, see also espresso panettone and sticky toffee pudding trifle. They're perfectly good in their own right, stop concocting abominations.

[I'm pedantic about the criteria for my own recovery runs, but folk can use whatever terminology they use when defining their own training. The thing that's currently grinding my gears is Jason Koop's use of RecoveryRun, RunningIntervals, TempoRun etc. There's nothing cool or edgy about selective refusal to use your space bar, it's as tediously annoying as a toddler blowing a whistle.]
