Evening all.

Training has been going well apart from blisters and current calf niggle. At least not running this week will help blisters go!

I'm running for MS Society and currently awaiting race vest. Will post pic once it arrives.

Apart from encouragement I don't think I need anything at the moment. Unless I run out of tissues; my nose is terrible for running when I run!!

We can certainly do tissues, Kim :-)
And encouragement is our middle name ;-)

I've updated the sidebar with a link to a Google doc.

Runners - take a look and fill in as and when you can.

Hello team 2!
What time do you need us Captain Bint?

Easiest transport option would have us arrive about 10ish - is that early enough? Other options can be worked out if need be...

Whatever time you can get there is just fine, JC.

There's always much to be done to get Fetchpoint looking fab but 10ish is fine and in plenty of time to spot runners and hand out goodies. :)

I know Jock is injured and cant manage the whole 26.2....however I might require the use of a pacer for the last 4.2 miles and Jocky should be fine for that

You'll need to stick that request in the spreadsheet, Bazoaxe.
I'm sure he'll be up for that :-)

Boing!

Okey dokey, runners.
I need to know what you need when you get to Mile 22 (even if it's just a kick up the moon) and what time you expect to be at 13.1 miles and 22 miles. You don't have to be entirely accurate, a ball park figure will do, and what you will be wearing.

Anything that will help us spot you in the throng :-)

Of course, it helps if you move over to the far left on the Highway when you're approaching half way. There's a petrol station on the left and then there will be a mass of red and yellow balloons and noise. If we haven't spotted you, all you have to do is yell "Fetchies!" and wave. :-)

Pricey
Was injured in Jan/Feb but have been beasting myself the past couple of weeks and feeling a bit more optimistic. Hopefully hitting halfway in 1:18ish and 22m in 2:12ish.

Don't need anything other than a cheer and possible abuse! Get a move on type stuff. F#ck your legs etc.

Will be wearing sexy long white socks, short blue shorts, white vest with blue/red sides, most likely a horrendous grimace at 22 miles. I'm number 1443
