Four legs is an unfair advantage in the run, but could be quite a handicap on the bike so possibly it evens out.

AA - physio very pleased with my progress I have good strength and ROM in my ankle, and she did say that a realistic full recovery time is 9-12 months erk

We’ve had a marvellous day checking out central Britain ( the Centre of Britain, no less ). And patrolling the border. Like Reivers.

As to calf guards, I used them in Edinburgh. Wore them all day (under wet suit and then stayed on for the duration). I don’t know if they helped, but I got round and had no cramp.

Calf guards should never be green.
TT’d, club 5 where I did a pre run then the race. Fair to say I lacked a bit of top end.

I wore the black pair in Edinburgh.
