I used to use them a lot but haven't felt the need for months Thought it was the tapir being a pain but when I stopped to stretch it was apparently not the tapir very not happy but rather now than in 2 weeks

Why were you running with a tapir? I mean, the babies are definitely cute, but I can't imagine it helps much...
Is it some secret drill Gobs has got you doing?

Yes. Better now than then if you are going to have issues. Hope it goes away quickly, Pix.

They work for me, or I think they do then they do. Used to get shocking post-swimming cramps.

Oh I agree they work just not felt the need to use them despite my massive increase in training which I guess is testament to the brilliant planning by coach as body hasn't complained. I've been so lucky BUT thanks to Covid and pool sessions being restricted I hadn't swum that long in over a year. I never seem to cramp in the pool but have before when open water Have messaged massage lady!

So that's what a tapir looks like. Half donkey, half shrew by the looks.
Afternoo' - lion after long night watching hoofball, run done and club TT later.
Having got excited about Outlaw earlier in the week (should get our race packs through soon ), I'm now also excited about IM 70.3 Staffs.
Trouble is I can't afford to full gas both....

but you said Staffs was just a tick box job so enjoy that and race Outlaw in Kona prep
I think numbers out next week
Not sure how they will do the swim as my time is 0 mins 0 secs (as many have also discovered!) so I'm either elite (falls off chair) or it's a make your way down at your leisure and form and orderly (socially distanced) queue!

Its like a tiny long nosed pig. They've got them at Colchester Zoo and they are properly cute. Sorry.
