The Great Raemondo
I know, I'd say burn me at the stake, but I've already made myself rather pink in the face today it seems, so it's probably not necessary.
I suspect we'd have an even more lacklustre turn out if we put up an office wide call for rugby players than we've had for this, unfortunately, but I'll definitely suggest it for the rentreé in the autumn.

Ok clever people
Towards the end of my epic swim last night I had the hint of cramp in my calves
I had drunk about 500ml of electrolyte before my swim
Ideas on helping prevent this? Don't want to finish a great swim with sore calves and impact my bike in a couple of weeks!

Hope they help, Pix. I find they help me. I use them on some of my runs or kinaesthetic tape.
