Swim - 0 :¬) Bike - 90 hrs for 1700 miles with less than an hour not on Zwift :¬0 Run - 8hrs for 54 miles , my lowest healthy month EVER Yoga - 6hrs Total 104 hrs Rest days - 0 but I had a no bike day and many proper Z1 days to compliment the efforts
No big surprises, the lack of a run target has been liberating. I trot when I want, doing enough that I could take 6 weeks and be fine.
Bike, Team Orange has become so much more than Tuesday. Power is good and I am just enjoying pretty much everything to do with riding.
Yoga, like the running it is hit and miss

ASSOS bibs. Second most comfortable bibs I've ever owned (after Rapha).

Swim 0 moles, (or 19 covids) Bike below 10 moles Run 40 moles
Runniest January since 2011. Not sure how that happened.
Much walking, yoga and etc. All good.

I was bought a jersey and arm warmers as a gift once. My size and yet I had a tent on and arm warmers that expect Arnolds biceps.
I have 2 pairs of their socks :¬)

First post here
Some impressive Zwifting looking back a page. Just the humble Pretzel for me, I considered the Uber but will build up to it over the coming weeks. 12 mile run yesterday.
230 miles on the bike and 94 run, about 50-100 press ups a day for my swimming substitute!

Not a bad start to the year: Swim: 0km Bike: 450km (highest ever for January) Run: 91km
Assorted yoga, weights, walking, rowing Total hours: 44
DVD extras: 1st ever duathlon – 2nd in AG (OK, it was out of 4) and 7th out of 15 ladies – not bad for me, not bad at all.
