Managed a Zwift session 30/15s up the epic and radio tower, looking forward to the session with the guys later, if I remember correctly its two laps intervals tonight.

Helpful I'm miserable all the time
I haven't done any interval training properly since last year, and prefer to have some sort of range in mind. My Volcano CW segment "PB" is 7:45 (Z2 HR, 131W) so I'll take a guess from there. You'll know I went too hard if I disappear right off the back!
