Weight loss not happening here either.
The stress thing makes sense as for me it's the opposite. Work v stressful; stressful having LittleD at home and not sleeping well. Training not going that well. Don't seem to be able to find any speed and everything aches. Am getting stronger though.

Crit race - missed the split, they were too strong. Stayed on the gear for 10 laps so 4.4/4.5 wkg before backing off to try for the group 2 sprint - 2nd from 4 in that. All in all not a great race.

And it was glorious. The water is so blue, its normally sludgy greeny brown. I assume becuase there's no boats in it churning it up.
Ditto on the weight here (as was evident doing up my wetsuit) I must burn a lot more than I realise just wandering around at work and stuff
