Not in Tro's league but I managed 359 hours in total in 2018, pretty pleased with that. I just need to repeat that for 2019 and shift some weight - and that's the tough bit

I fear 2019 is being brought to you in partnership with lemsip and paracetamol feeling snuffly and chesty without feeling properly ill yet, so yoga and stretching it is then, rather than huffing and puffing outside on the bike
