I don't even enjoy the forum anymore but this place and you guys. Strangely you help keep me grounded. Thanks all Oh. Rode for 2hours yesterday and have just come back from my run Quite simply I had run on to many days consecutively so had to take a break. Now to push on to the end of the year. 2019 has targets
