Went to the pub. Drank (coke), ate greasy filth, wondered why everyone has to shout after about 8:30pm, and no one listens.

I am not, though, at work, nor will I be until 3 January, so will be getting in some proper training as soon as I am able.

I am still stuck in work but hoping to finish up early by about 3pm so I can fit in a bike and a run before swim club at 7pm.
I know you shouldn't try to fit your entire week's training into a single day but need's must!
