Legs really took a kicking at the weekend but are recovering well .
Did a high rep session on legs in the gym last night as well. Well , i knew they would have recovery time.
Back on the bike this morning and trying to put some more volume back in.
Obviously only 30 hrs TRO

It were fecking 'orrible.
100m scull 1. 300m kick w/ float.
100m scull 2, 300m kick w/ float.
100m scull 3, 300m kick w/ float.
Repeat. Only actually I failed on every attempt to get to 300m kicking as I was lapped by the cool kids so got to stop early.

300m kick would result in my death, somewhere around 75m. A bit like a horse on a treadmill - apparently they just run themselves to death, if allowed.
So your set was a total of 1800m kick. Jeeze, someone doesn't like you.....
I believe Gobi? - or someone anyway? goes backwards when kick only. It is likely they, whoever they are, go backwards faster than my pitiful forward progress.
