EA, I have been X-rayed again, and am due for the next injection in a couple of weeks. If this doesn't settle it down for a good while, then I'll going to be referred on to the foot and ankle chap. Apparently my ankle joint feels 'crunchy'

Glenners - for me it started in May 2009 and finished May 2012 - My ankle joint is disintegrating, hence no distance running.
Technically I still do too much and a limp awaits me as I age.
Its why I coach with caution to protect others from what I was capable of.
Happy Wednesday
Oh, 70 mins on the watt bike done
