Pleased with that, off zero taper. Comedy moment when I was chasing someone down on the 3rd and final lap, eviscerated myself to edge ahead in the last 400m, only to see him peel off and start another lap. Next in AG was 10 mins back, I could have jogged it in.....

Deployment and recovery of a Scout patrol to the next round of the Scottish camping competition. Open day at the sailing club ( over 70 visitors taken pleasure-cruising ) and managed to fit in a morning of work too. Just need to get off my fat 'arris and go for a run...
