I do indeed have one eye on forrstman/boskman or something.
I'm all packed for tomorrow. First tri in about 2 years :o I needed to dust my tt bike!
I did a drinking half marathon in Greps neck of the wood today. And cycled there. So now I'm fully trained for the race and cam start my taper for the 6.30am startzzzzzzzzz

Ridley Round, Cattery? Bunch of Chelmers did it by bike. There were lots of Striders running, obviously.

Yeah. Ridley round. I didn't see any Chalmers bit obviously the place was overrun with Striders!
East Essex had their own wave at the Bridge tri, didnt see that many familiar faces though. I had a very slow race.
Turns out if you're starting from scratch fitness wise you can't cycle 35 and run 15 miles and then compete at an Oly the next day :D

30 plus on the bike today and now at BSB at Snetterton before going back to see my daughter again later. No She is not here as too busy with Dogs or Horses to spend the day with dad.
OH ran s 3.27km yesterday so all in all things are improving

77 miles on the bike, went a completely new route to nab some conquercise zones and found a truly evil hill - when there are warnings to cars to get into a low gear you know you're in trouble. I would be very happy to never, ever cycle that hill again, except that it is in a HIM tri I have entered next month.....which is two laps....argh! 
Also, an apocalyptic level of roadkill out there today, is there some avian flu around that I haven't heard about?!
