I was resting yesterday, but tonight I've blagged a free open water swim training session with an outfit called Squadra squadracommunity.nl who are the organisers of the two tris I'm signed up for, and also happen to have an office in the same building as us (the corporate us, not me and fy ngharaid). I'm strongly considering joining their 'community,' I think it'll help with the motivations and be a good way to get to know some of the (currently, to me) faceless masses that throng the local startlines. It could also be a good contact business wise. |

Goedemorgen I am in the home of Raemond (kind of) Bloody taxi didn't turn up this morning so i had to race to the airport, made it though  There has been no training, there will be no training. |
