Followed by an hour with the PT. I need a little sit down.
Was an odd swim session. I'm not the best swimmer by any stretch of the imagination, but I was joined by two new club members who seemed to run out of steam after every length.
So coach set me off on a 400, 300, 200, 100 repeats with the idea of keeping negative splits. Whilst he worked on their technique & stroke count.
It was fine but the new kids _kept_ just setting off as I got to the wall. *Sigh*. AT least they were consistent so my splits were too.

Just scanning the start list for the Anfield 100 next Monday and a surprising name caught my eye.
V49, riding for Barnsley RC, one Darren Gough. Dazzler, who once thrilled crowds at test venues around the world now thrilling one man and his dog at 6am in rural Shropshire. I wonder how his free hot drink on return of number compares to luncheon at Lord’s?
I presume I’m in ‘if you don’t smear his Yorkshire arse all over Shropshire EBay your bikes and leave the thread’ territory’??
